Modular Wardrobe System - CNC Ready Files
A parametric modular wardrobe system designed from the ground up for CNC flat-sheet manufacturing. Interchangeable modules — open shelving, hanging rail, and drawer units — combine to fit any room width.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The design challenge was creating a system flexible enough to serve multiple room configurations while remaining efficient to cut from standard 2440×1220mm sheet material. Parametric logic was used to auto-adjust panel sizes when modules are combined, and nesting software optimized cut yield to minimize waste.

- Parametric CAD model with configurable module widths
- CNC-optimized DXF files nested onto standard sheet sizes
- Cam dado and rebate joint details for tool-path efficiency
- Bill of Materials (BOM) auto-generated per configuration
- Assembly instruction PDF for flat-pack construction

DESIGN NOTES
The system was designed around 18mm MDF and 18mm melamine-faced MDF to match standard sheet stock. Cam lock hardware positions were standardized across all modules to simplify assembly.
