Remote work only survives if it’s transparent, so every job runs the same six stages and you always know which one you’re sitting in.
01
Brief
A sketch, a photo, a spreadsheet of sizes, a broken sample — anything that shows intent. The more of the machine you tell me here, the fewer rounds we need later.
02
Quote & scope
You get one number, one deliverable list and one date. If the brief changes after that, it gets re-priced before the work moves, not after.
03
Model
The part is built parametric where it helps and sculpted where it must be. A preview comes back early — before the CAM work starts.
04
Render & approve
A photoreal image of the finished piece, in the species and finish you’re actually buying. This is the cheap moment to change your mind.
05
Program
Strategies, feeds, speeds, entry moves, holds and post-processing. The program is reviewed against your controller before it ships.
06
Deliver & support
Files plus short setup notes: bit list, stock thickness, zero point and anything an operator should know. Questions after delivery are included.
